1 Introduction & Eligibility

Bbagee is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and select regions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bbagee and its users.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use Bbagee's services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the country where you reside.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• No account may be operated on behalf of a person who has been banned by Bbagee.

Bbagee employees and their immediate family members are strictly prohibited from placing bets on the platform. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account closure.

4 Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply when placing bets on Bbagee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Each market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• Odds may change at any time — the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• Bbagee will not be liable for disconnections during in-play betting.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded, subject to specific conditions.
• If a bet is confirmed at incorrect odds due to a system error, Bbagee reserves the right to void that bet.
• Placing bets on opposing sides of the same match across multiple accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

Special rules apply to live betting. If a bet request is received after an in-match event has occurred and is processed with a delay, Bbagee reserves the right to void that bet.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The rules governing financial transactions on Bbagee are detailed below:

• All deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name.
• The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is specified on the platform and is subject to change from time to time.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawal funds are generally returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Transactions may be suspended if suspicious financial activity is detected.

To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance.

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a set period of time.

• Using bots or automated software to place bets.

• Accessing another user's account without authorization.
• Hacking the platform's systems or conducting any form of cyber attack.
• Providing false or misleading information to deceive customer support.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• In any dispute regarding betting outcomes, Bbagee's system logs will be treated as the definitive record.
• If an issue cannot be resolved internally, users may refer the matter to a third-party international arbitration body.

The maximum timeframe for raising a dispute is 6 months from the date of the incident. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

12 Rule Changes & Updates

Bbagee reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• You will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may request to close your account.
